See the CPSC recall information at http://www.outdoored.com/anm/templates/template1.aspx?articleid=3749&zoneid=4 and make sure that this doesn't apply to your program. If so, remove the ropes from service immediately and contact New England Ropes as indicated in the recall to have your rope replaced.
